Very pretty top in a silky like fabric The top buttons at the neckline keyhole style. The neckline has a band going around and catches some gathering on the front of the top. The sleeves overlap like petals Has been called a tulip style. Armpit to armpit measurement flatfold is about 18 1/2”. The length of the top from the top of shoulders to hemline is about 24”.
