Forever 21 sz med top in black sheer layer with an overlay with side black rings

Super cute top in a lightweight fabric with a crepe like overlay. The top is lightweight enough to be worn under a blazer, jacket etc. measurements are pit to pit flatfold about 19 1/2”.
