Forever 21 sequined peplum tank

This piece is in good condition. I never wear it! But it’s super cute. It has black sequins all over the bodice and a super flattering peplum. Definitely cinched in the waist, so I would say it’s tends towards small. I usually wear medium or large, but I have a tiny waist and bust, so I was able to pull it off for awhile. Zipper closure in the back.
