Forever 21 brings you this great destroyed mini skirt. It’s a black wash, mid-weight cotton denim. It features 5 pocket styling with a button fly opening. It has rips over front thighs & small destruction on back pockets. Throw on over tights to transition you into warmer weather, then rock it alone when the weather is warmer.
