Forever 21 printed midi skirt. Flowy, not fitted. Approx 31.5 inches long. Hits me mid shin area and I’m about 5 ft. Back looks exactly like the front (no slits or anything), elastic waist, size small. Unsure of material (I cut the tag off) but it’s a smooth almost satin like material. Black and cream. Never worn. Smoke free home.
