Forever 21 polka dot blouse

Forever 21 polka dot shirt with non-adjustable spaghetti straps. Double layered top. Super cute! Would look great with a white pair of jeans 🔥 There is no tag that states what material the shirt is; however, the research I’ve done appears that it is chiffon.
