Forever 21 peach mules with silver buckle size 7

I think these were given to me but i just don’t really wear. not my kind of shoe. they have black spots on the bottom. i tried to clean off but they didn’t come off. maybe using wrong cleaner. anyway, it doesn’t take away from the shoe
