Forever 21 hi-low dress

This is the prettiest dress ever, it just doesn't fit me anymore! I only wore this once for Easter a few years back. It's a hi-low dress (shorter in the front, longer in the back). Zips up and has a tie, the flowers are embroidered on. The only flaw is I think I got it caught on something and it snagged a bit, but it's not a hole, it's just pulled (shown in last picture). I'm 5'3 and the back of this dress was on the floor by a couple of inches, so I wore it with heels. Pretty jade color.
