Forever 21 floral dress

NWOT. Size small. Top is sheer and low cut, but skirt is double lined. Metal O ring connects the top and skirt. Top has a zipper up the back. Full length measures 35”. Top measures about 13”, middle O ring section 5” and skirt 17”. Bust measures 14”. Shoulder to end of sleeve measures 9”. Super soft! Great for summer or a warm vacation!
