Longer form fitting dress from Forever 21. You can dress this up or down. It has a kind of v-neck line with a piece to tie in a knot and let it hang or can be tied in a bow or however you like. Has cinching from about the middle to the bottom. It has lining underneath. It’s a beautiful dress, but I’m not really a dress kind of person. Color is a rust color. Size is XS. Measurements are approximate P to P: 13-14 (hard to measure P to P and the waist Waist: 13-14 cause of how it’s made. It does have Length: 44 some stretch)
