Forever 21 dress

A very cute black dress with beautiful flower details. The dress also has short sleeves and a cute round neck line. The flower details are pink with white, blue, and a bit of brown. This also has a skater dress fit with a flare in the skirt part. The dress has only been worn once and is in great condition! Lastly the size is a large but I found it a bit smaller than a large would normally be so keep that in mind.
