Forever 21 blue lined utility jacket women's size medium

Very unique lightweight jersey lined hooded jacket from Forever 21. 3/4 sleeves, ornate stitching, and drawstring hemline. 4 exterior pockets and zips and snaps close. This is an older jacket and has some normal wear. Besides normal wash wear there is a faded line that is only noticeable when you unsnap the jacket. It is located along the inside of the fabric that covers the zipper. Pics are posted of this. There is also piling on the jersey lining.
