Forever 21 Yellow Dress Woman's S

This mustard yellow dress is in EUC condition. It is a soft stretchy knit material with wide straps and a cute ruffled detail at the neck. The cut, color, and fabric make it a good transition piece. It could be worn alone as a sundress but would be equally as cute layered with tights and a cardigan. This dress is tagged as a woman's small but to my eye runs very small. I have taken measurements and posted those photos. The skirt length from the waist to end is approximately 16 inches.
