Forever 21 Wine Tank top

Perfect top for going out!! Loved the look but it was too tight around my bust. Never worn (just tried once). New with original tags! One layer but is lined with soft material. The material doesn’t have much stretch so I would suggest following the measurements. Tagged as L and I think it runs more like an M-L. Please feel free to comment any questions. :)
