Forever 21 Twee Chiffon Dress

ADORABLE yellow dress from Forever 21 circa 2014/15ish!! It’s so very twee! I LOVED this dress, but after realizing I’m a deep winter palette, yellow is just not for me. It is SO cute with some opaque colored tights!!! Please keep in mind that the underneath skirt lining can be tight if you have wide hips! I couldn’t even get it down all the way for the last photo.
