Dress measures 28 in from center of neckline in the front, to bottom hem. Dress is lined. Dress can be worn on or off the shoulders. Size is stated as extra small but fits more like a small to a medium. Dress is short. Would be best on a person around 5'5 or shorter, unless you like your dresses very short
