Forever 21 Terrycloth Shorts

Forever 21 Linen Blend Shorts. Brand new never worn. I have three pairs. One LG and two XL. They say XL but they run incredibly small. The waist on the XL is 14 inches across with an elastic waistband. Two of them are still in the plastic. I didn't measure the large but I'm guessing 12 inches across in the waist.
