Forever 21 Stretchy Off-White Lace Mini Skirt Sz L

I searched high and low for a lacey mini that would have some stretch and found it at Forever 21! It is an off white crochet type lace with a nude lining. So cute with dusty colors, like the dusty rose EF I styled this with - see EF linen tee. Waist: 16” Length: 17” Excellent used condition, no holes, rips, pulls, stains or fading.
