Forever 21 plus size Strapless top with elasticized waist two strands can be used to mke it a halter top. Beautiful Multi colors in blues pinks reds grey greens. Inside liner is blue polyester and the outside is sheer polyester. pit to put is 16"in waist is 15" from side to side. both areas very stretchy. length is 21-1/2" very forgiving.

mt986 @melcurley99 just posted and added pictures I hope it helps it's a beautiful top. new but never with wo tags so I had to add it as used. I lost weight unfortunately from my chest so its loose. my loss your gain. thank you for your interest and your patience!
