Forever 21 Strapless floral bubble dress

Forever 21 gorgeous strapless floral dress with beading and bubbled skirt/pleating. This is one of my very favorite dresses I’ve ever owned. Had some signs of wear such as light staining, which isn’t terribly visible and may come out with dry cleaning (see photos). Two strips of the plastic boning have fallen into the bottom bubble of the skirt but it is not at all noticeable and has caused zero issues for me when worn.
