does it fit like med? how wide and long is the chest part?

@tkeating20 so sorry for the delayed response. The material is stretchy around the chest so definitely fits like medium. From top to the cinching under chest it is about 8-9” the width without stretching is between 13-14” but when stretched out it is more like 17”
