Forever 21 Strapless Bandeau Crop Top

Used but in new condition. Worn maybe twice? The bottom is ruffles and it’s EXTREMELY stretchy. I’m normally a medium/large and it fit with no issues. Nothing wrong with it, just haven’t worn it in years. Size SMALL, i’ll discount bundles!!
