Forever 21 - Spring/Ballet Scalloped Pink Mini Skirt

In excellent condition, never worn! This is a very feminine and classy button-up skirt with a cute scalloped hem detail. Fully lined with a pink satin material. A slightly cooler light pink color with secure silver buttons. Even though it's Forever 21, it feels like one of their better-made items and was more expensive than their normal skirts! If offering, please be considerate and no lowballs please :)
