Forever 21 Silver Dress Size Medium

Brand new silver bodycon dress, size medium, from Forever 21 still with tags on, I bought it a while ago thinking I may be able to fit it at some point and I still can’t. For reference I’m a small leaning towards x-small and it’s just a bit baggy in the chest and waist area. “A knit metallic mini dress featuring a V-neckline, fixed cami straps, princess seams, concealed side zipper, and a bodycon silhouette.”
