Forever 21- Shorts. Size 25. 96% cotton/4% Spandex. Color:orange. They are not as neon as they look on the pictures but they are a bright orange. They are in good condition and have been gently used. They are great for the Spring/Summer months to wear with a neutral color shirt or with a print. 14 1/2 inches at the waist, 10 inches in length. Please ask if you have questions! 😀
