Forever 21 Sheer Cape. Ties in the front. Sleeves have elastic at the wrist. Back had lining. The rest is sheer. Never been worn. Has a few frays but it has just been sitting in my closet. Great beach coverup. Bought at Forever 21 but is a brand within that company.
