Cute stylish red shirt dress basic by Forever 21. Pair with shorts and a white camisole underneath and wear open like a overcoat. Or style with a thick black belt and some doc martens. Has belt loops that fit up to a 1.5" wide belt. Dress has lots of pillings and tiny snags all over. Could benefit from a good shaving with a fabric shave.
