Forever 21 black ruched form fitting Lined dress with white polka dots is juniors size small. Dress has Tank straps but no sleeves. Front is a v-neck; one side overlapping slightly on the other side creating pleats. Ruching goes from empire waist all the way down front & back to hem & along sides giving it the form fitting. Vietnam body 96% polyester 4% spandex. Solid black lining is 100% polyester. Armpit to armpit 15” across front. Ruched area from side to side 11”. Shoulder to hem 30” long.
