Forever 21 Plaid Trouser Cargo Pants, Women's Size Small, Yellow/Blue

Forever 21 cargo pants yellow/blue plaid women's size small waist 24" with stretchy elastic in the back portion of the waistband. Fabric itself does not have any stretch to it. hips 16.5" inseam 29" wide leg used/good condition. May have a few minor marks, but nothing major. The buttons have a few scratches on them. The fabric still has that crisp newish feeling to it, though slightly wrinkled, and they look really good overall.
