This is a plaid pull-on midi skirt from Forever 21. Outer layer is mesh and there’s a lining underneath. Colors of burgundy and very light blue. Little dainty ruffle trim along the hem. Size small. Elastic waistband. Material is stretchy. My daughter cut off the inner side tag, but otherwise it’s in excellent, gently worn condition. No stains or tears. Any questions please feel free to ask.
