Forever 21 Pink sequin and tulle dress

Cute pink sequin top with a tulle bottom dress. Worn once for New Year’s Eve. See through pink tulle on the upper portion of the top. I bought it with the flaws shown in the pictures. I just covered it up with a sweater because I don’t know how to fix tulle material. Size small.
