This Forever 21 dress is a jumper style dress with spaghetti straps. It is navy plaid with tan, gold, and hunter green stripe accents. Hidden zipper in the back with a hook/eye closure. Would look adorable with a white T-shirt underneath. There is a missing ring on the strap that really isn’t too noticeable when wearing. Both straps adjust. Other than the flaw mentioned, it’s in great condition. Size Large.
