Forever 21, NWT, Denim Mini Skirt, Sz Large

Denim Mini skirt, low waisted, size large. It does hang low so it’s probably good idea for someone that’s a true medium in the waist. Has two small pockets w/ zippers no back pockets. Sold out on line. Cotton and polyester blend. Measured the waist which is really the hips at 38”. The length I got the same measurements. So it’s not that short but too short for me 5”10.
