Forever 21 Monochrome Rhinestone Plaid Dress

Forever 21 black and white plaid dress with floral rhinestone buttons. There are seven buttons going down and each of the two functional pockets has one button. Comes with an extra button. Size XS, I weigh between 90-95lbs and I can not wear this buttoned up. It looks really cute unbuttoned, like a chic blazer-type item, but the sleeves are too tight for me to function properly. I am 5ft and it goes to my knees, so mini for most. NWT.
