Slinky soft maroon bell-bottom leggings from Forever 21. Material feels somewhere between crushed velvet and faux-suede, and they're a good thickness that keeps them from being seethrough. Fits skinny through hips, thigh and knee and ends in a super wide-leg flared bottom. Elastic waist is very stretchy and measures about 18 inches across lying flat; inseam is about 30 inches. Fabric is 88% polyester, 21% spandex/elastane.
