Forever 21 High Waisted Pleated Skirt

Reposhing, its a bit too small. Fits a size 2-4, about 13.5" across the waist. Gorgeous crepe-y linen light khaki high waisted pleated skirt. Waist of the skirt falls at natural waist, above belly button. The fabric is super light and comfortable for warm days, w a black 6" (or so) zipper fastening it. I'm absolutely in love with this skirt but I'm more of a size 6 now, so I only got to wear it two times and know someone else would love it too. Its in perfect condition, no flaws
