Forever 21 Hers&Mine Trumpet Sleeve Crop Top Small

Brand new never been worn with tag. I bought this on F21 online and I never had the chance to return it because it is much smaller than it is. I normally wear a small and I think this is an extra small. The fabric does not stretch either. It's super cute but I can barely fit it unfortunately.
