Forever 21 Grey Blue Velvet adjustable Spaghetti Strap Sweet 16 Dress w/ Slit

Worn once to a sweet 16. This dress is a beautiful grey blue color. Size is Medium from forever 21. It is form fitting and the straps are adjustable. I took 2 close up pictures of the front bottom.
