Forever 21 Glitter Chic Top (Sleeves)

This top is really elegant. Tag size is : XL or L (not sure) but i think it fits a S, M perfectly and L & XL it would be a more tight top style which is also fabulous. *Hope i described the sizing well :) I would list it as a medium just because i think its the more accurate sizing to it
