denisebcb @cmay2132 Yes, they run big. I guess it depends on how you want the fit. These are supposed to be loose, but they were a little too loose for my preference.

denisebcb @angiegruggett Sorry, I don't really know where to take the measurements. So, at the bottom of the pant, laying flat it is 5.5 in and around the thigh area it is 9 in. I'll post a pic to show you what I'm measuring.
