Forever 21 Essentials yellow, black & white floral

This Ahhhh-mazing bright yellow, black, and white floral skirt is a Spring & Summer MUST-HAVE‼️. It’s gorgeous. The tag says it is a size 2 BUT it will fit a 000petite. Laying FLAT: Very top waist of skirt is 12.75”, bottom of waist band is 13.75”, hip/across butt is 16”, length is 17.50” long from top of waist band to hem in front. Has a small slit in back that measures 3.75” Never worn, no tags or snags! ❤️❤️
