Adorable Forever 21 Embroidered Dolly Dress in a linen-esque type fabric
White embroidered flowers up torso, with cutout trim detailing. Includes a semi-attached slip (couple loops around straps that can be snipped if you want it separated). Small scuff-like mark on shoulder. I didn't notice it until I was photographing it. :(
