Forever 21 Distressed Wide Legged Jeans

Forever 21 wide legged jeans with a distressed look and a ruffled waist. 2 side pockets, but no back pockets. The tag says US Medium, made in Egypt, CN 165/72A. From top of waist band to bottom of pant leg is 43.5". The waistline when fastened measures 27". The pant legs are about 13" wide from seam to seam at the top of the pant leg but gradually become more narrow and is only 10" wide at the bottom of the pant leg.
