Forever 21 Deep Yellow Floral Smocked Maxi Dress

This adorable deep yellow floral maxi dress is perfect for tropical getaways or any sunny spring/summer day. It has a smocked top with off the shoulder sleeves. Lightweight rayon fabric is flowy and cool on a hot day. Has barely been worn and has no stains, tears, or signs of wear. It is a small but is very stretchy although the sleeves stretch less and would probably only fit up to a medium.
