The skirt is made of 82% cotton and the rest is rayon and nylon. The skirt has an A-line flare and it’s a mini style. It’s buttons up the front and stay securely tight. The approximate measurements are 13 1/2 inches across the front of the waist, 14 1/2 inches from the top of the waist to the bottom of the skirt hem and 19 inches across the bottom of the front of the skirt. Please check the measurements to make sure this will work for you. There really is no stretch in the waistband of the skirt it needs to fit properly. The buttons do not open when you’re sitting down as long as the measurements are correct. The pictures are of the condition and this is in excellent shape. This fits more like a juniors size small.
