I occasionally upcycle pieces by doing projects with small dye lots. I like the pastel effect and soft dye effect different than a traditional tie dye. This is a 3X piece by Forever 21. Original tags are still intact. See Measurements below for best fit. I recommend no larger than a 2x. No rips, holes, tears or snags. Navy Blue dye used, then laundered cold, hung to dry. No stains or odors.
