I occasionally upcycle pieces by doing projects with small dye lots. I like the pastel effect and sodt dye effect different than a traditional tie dye. This is a 3X piece by Forever 21. Original tags are still intact. See Measurements below for best fit. I recommend no larger than a 2x. No rips, holes, tears or snags. Rose quartz rit dye used, then laundered. No stains or odors.
