Forever 21 Citron Sleeveless Knitted Sweater Vest

This neon sleeveless sweater top has a weighty, expensive feel and would look great paired with high waisted jeans! It is perfect for fall, warm winter days, and spring! The materials tag has been cut, but I am certain that it is 100% cotton. It hits right at the hip. The edges are knitted, not sewn (last photo). Although it is from Forever 21, knitted edges really make it a higher quality item!
