Forever 21 Burgundy Vinyl Mini Skirt

I got SO MANY complements on this skirt. Wore it for NYE and it’s ate down. Really short so you might have to pull down a couple times throughout the night but other than that’s it’s perfect for a night out or party. Last pic was my whole outfit. For reference I’m 5’4 and about 130 pounds. It has a lining under but doesn’t have a lot of give. Waist: 28” Length: 10.5” Waist: 36”
