Only worn twice. Forever 21 Bohemian Dress. Mid sleeve. There is a hole in the back by the zipper but can easily be sewn. I didn't realize until after I purchased it that it had it, but when I wore it my hair covered it, and wasn't noticeable. PRICE CAN BE NEGOTIATED WITH. OPEN TO TRADES FOR THIS ITEM.
